If you would like a quick and easy way to create custom reports straight from the Delacon portal, Automated Reports are an ideal tool to use. If you’re not already using this service, reports can be scheduled on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. You could also create multiple reports with different timing, such as 7 weekly reports, that send the calls from the previous week every day.
These reports take only minutes to set up and will do all the heavy lifting. You can have as much or as little information included in each report, meaning they can be very detailed, or alternatively you can narrow down and create different reports about specific metrics you would like to closely monitor.
Automated reports can be particularly useful for customers with multiple numbers- as all data can be consolidated into one simple report.
Reports can be created to have different information sent to different stakeholders (eg: landing page and keywords sent to the marketing team, and all the call information sent to the billing team). Additionally, if you are an agency or directory client, unique reports can be shared with or sent directly to your customers.
